Happy Friday,
I went to the gym after a week.
Today, I had strength training as usual. In addition, I had a massage. It's very comfortable. I could get relaxations
Today's flower is “Enokorogusa”. Enokorogusa is called Foxtail grass in English. It looks likes a fox tail, in Japan it lools like a dog's tail.
